The practical side · questions, answered
Practical details, clearly explained.
Policies and timing may vary by litter, but the principles remain simple: clarity, preparation, and the wellbeing of every puppy.
01When is a reservation confirmed?+
A reservation is confirmed only after approval, completion of the current written agreement, and any required reservation payment. Exact terms are provided directly so families receive one clear and current version of the policy.
02How is puppy matching handled?+
Preferences are welcome, but temperament, confidence, energy, household rhythm, experience, and long-term expectations guide the final conversation. The puppy who first catches your eye may not be the companion who fits your everyday life best.
03When may families meet their puppy?+
Visits are planned around the wellbeing of the mother and litter. In the earliest days, quiet care matters more than photographs or introductions. Approved families receive updates and meeting details when the puppies are ready.
04What records accompany the puppy?+
Applicable veterinary records, identification details, registration information, care guidance, and the current written agreement are reviewed with each family before go-home day.
05How should we prepare for go-home day?+
Prepare a secure carrier, an easy-to-clean resting area, water, towels, and a calm first evening. Your puppy is leaving everything familiar, so the best welcome is not a crowded celebration. It is safety, patience, and a little room to breathe.
06How is travel considered?+
Travel is discussed individually and depends on the puppy’s age, readiness, destination, timing, weather, carrier requirements, and a safe plan. No single travel method is appropriate for every puppy or family.
